My 2nd outing to the London Expo, this time with 3 girls which meant countless hours of shopping. Now I'm one of those few guys that loves to shop, and spending nigh on £150 on Anime/Manga and Fantasy art, oh and Pocky!

First of all, my God what a mess the underground is in, with no direct route to Exel Centre, and only using the underground on most of twice a year, I think my fiancee did a brilliant job of navigating us around and getting us there. Our friend Hannah brought her friend Sharon along for the day, who likes Japanese Culture, but had no idea of what Anime or Manga was. And I think she liked it by the end of the day! Having bought herself a manga adaptation of Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet.

I myself bought some box sets of Anime, the missing Bleach Volume 20 which I forgot to order with 18, 19, 21 & 22 a few months back >.< so can now catch up on that, a months supply of Pocky and also met a fabulous artist with art on my favourite subject. Dragons! I just need to pur-chase some frames to mount them all over the walls of my lil' room.

Also took part in a Star Wars table game there with 5 other guys which involved loosing all self respect and dignity to the crowds and sounds like a muppet as you shout at the top of yours lungs "Rebel" which sounded more like "RedBull" and "double" everytime you rolled a double with these huge foam dice. Still, I got some freebies out of it, my Fiancee got even more prizes than I did as she was shouting the loudest and wasn't even playing the game! I've never felt so dizzy after playing a game that involved hardly any movement.

After the long day, we returned home on the long train journey, with no seats but the floor! Makes every penny of that train fare seem all the more fair! And then got home to a nice big pasta meal cooked by my mum and then watched the ever fair Eurovision. That was enough to tire me out and an end to a great day!
